Contest for Schools in Africa: #1School1Lab Challenge


Event Overview
An international global marathon, "A Computer Class for Every School in Africa", is scheduled for November 20, 2024, in celebration of Universal Children’s Day. Schools across Africa are invited to participate and showcase their unique stories to the world.


How to Participate
Schools are encouraged to record a video between 2 to 10 minutes in length, highlighting what makes their school special. This video should include:

A brief introduction about the school, including the number of students and its location.

Visuals of the school and the conditions in which students learn.

Information about the availability of electricity and computers.

Specific needs of the school that would improve the learning environment.


Video Guidelines

The video should be filmed horizontally to ensure the best streaming quality.

Be creative and resourceful to make your video stand out.

Schools can also challenge famous personalities to support their efforts.

Deadline: November 15, 2024.
