Rebuilding Gaza Through Innovation

In fulfillment of the Gaza Peace Accord adopted at the Summit of World Leaders, the Gaza Tech Park is launched as a global initiative aimed at transforming Gaza into a knowledge-based economy driven by technology, education, and international cooperation.

Joint declaration on Gaza

Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt October 13, 2025

Article 10

A Trump economic development plan to rebuild and energize Gaza will convene a panel of experts to craft and implement exciting new development ideas inspired by modern miracle cities.

Article 11

A Special Economic Zone will be established in Gaza, offering preferential tariffs and market access for participating countries.

Mission

The project invites leading nations to help rebuild Gaza by contributing their culture, creativity, and expertise through architecture, investment, and knowledge exchange. The Gaza Hi-Tech Park is envisioned as a symbol of peace through innovation, where diverse traditions unite around a shared vision of progress, turning reconstruction into a true collaboration of civilizations.

Urban reconstruction becomes a bridge between civilizations

How It Works

The initiative brings together governments, leading technoparks, and world-class architectural firms in a single coordinated effort. Each participating country develops its own national segment within a shared innovation district, contributing architectural vision, technological expertise, talent, and investment. Together, these national clusters form a vibrant ecosystem that accelerates Gaza’s recovery and lays the foundation for long-term, sustainable growth.

Global Partnership

Technoparks and architectural firms worldwide join the initiative.

National Segments

Each country develops its own cluster within a shared innovation district.

Knowledge Exchange

Partners share expertise, talent, and investment to build a cross-border ecosystem.

Sustainable Growth

Together they drive Gaza’s recovery and create a modern, knowledge-based economy.
The Gaza Hi-Tech Park unites national clusters within a single integrated vision, creating a global hub where architectural diversity and technological excellence come together to shape the future.

Location: The Knowledge Triangle

Located within walking distance of the Islamic University, Al-Azhar University, and the University College of Applied Sciences, the site creates a natural bridge between education and industry, fostering collaboration between academia and the private sector.

Call for Proposals

Leading architectural firms worldwide are invited to submit masterplan concepts for the park’s development. One masterplan may be selected as the guiding vision, while additional participating firms will be commissioned to design individual National Clusters that reflect the architectural and cultural identity of their respective countries.
